Sr Executive - CQR Operation

Overview

This role is responsible for supporting the efficient functioning of CQR operations while ensuring full compliance with applicable certification standards and processes. The position focuses on delivering high-quality service to both internal teams and external clients by maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and strong coordination across stakeholders. It also contributes to client retention, operational planning, and overall business performance.

Responsibilities

1. Organize and manage scheduling and planning activities related to audits, training sessions, and certification processes
2. Handle client queries and manage recertification orders while identifying opportunities to expand business from existing customers
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and generate referrals
4. Coordinate with clients, auditors, and internal teams to ensure smooth preparation and execution of audits and training programs
5. Arrange travel, accommodation, and other logistical requirements for auditors
6. Ensure timely collection of payments and monitor receivables in line with defined business KPIs such as DSO
7. Prepare and submit monthly performance reports for management review
8. Support business planning by contributing to forecasting and budgeting activities, including advance scheduling
9. Continuously upgrade knowledge through training programs, internal resources, and self-learning initiatives

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
3. 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management or a similar role
4. Strong communication and coordination skills
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
6. Basic understanding of business operations, reporting, and client servicing processes
